1. Poduct description of keyboard bga rework station

The electronics industry utilizes the DH-6500 IR rework station to solder and desolder components from printed

 circuit boards (PCBs). The PCB and the component that needs to be removed or reattached are heated up using

 infrared technology under precise temperature and time control. The temperature of the surface and the heating 

element, as well as any other parameters for particular jobs, are displayed on the rework station's digital display. 

To protect other components and the Board, the heat is concentrated in that location. Mobile phones, laptops, and 

gaming consoles are just a few examples of the electronic devices that are frequently repaired and refurbished using the 

DH-6500 IR rework station. It is a flexible and effective piece of machinery renowned for handling sensitive electronic

Cooling fan

 After heating is completed, manually turn on the high-power fan to cool the PCB board to prevent PCB board deformation.

Bottom Temperature zone

The preheated temperature zone uses the Taiwan ceramic heating plate to make the PCB plate evenly heated. Avoid PCB board deformation due to uneven heating. Add tempered glass to the board to prevent the small chips from falling out and burning.

Limit bar

Effectively control the distance between the upper head and the BGA and avoid hitting the board.
