5. Product Qualification

Mould Production Process

In order to ensure the quality of the mold, we use Du Pont for insulation pads, Punch for valve pin, Hotset for coil heater. And high precision machining with Mazak and Makino lathe.

6. Deliver, Shipping and Aftersales Service

Package Detail:

1) Outside package: standard export wooden case.

2) Inner package: Stretch film; we spread anti-corrosive oil on the surface of the mould and then cover with plastic waterproof film.

3) Spare parts together with the mould shipment.

Port: Any port in China

After-sales Service:

1) If the main parts of the mold are damaged under non-human conditions within one year, we’ll provide new one for free.

2) Extra spare parts always available: If customer requires more extra spare parts, such as core\ cavity\ neck screw\ heating nozzle\ seal ring etc., they are always available.

3) Problem solving service: If customer is unfamiliar with mould running, we would like to dispatch technician to customer’s factory for installation & guide & training service.

Equipment such as CMM and Polarizer are commonly used in QC work in our factory. Every mould is strictly tested and inspected before packing and delivery.
